About the teacher:

Originally from Mexico, Fabricio practised Buddhist meditation for many years at the Kadampa Meditation Center in Mexico City before moving to Sweden in 2017.  A medical doctor by profession, Fabricio enjoys integrating Buddhism into his busy daily life. Fabricio’s classes are clear and structured he has a natural ability to explain how we can improve our lives by practicing Buddhist meditation.
