About the weekend

The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra

On this very special City Retreat, our visiting teacher Gen Kelsang Tubchen will explain The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra. The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra are very blessed. They have been transmitted through a continuous unbroken lineage from the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri to our present day teachers. And now we have a precious opportunity to take these instructions to heart at this weekend retreat in Stockholm.

In the Sutras Buddha says “If you realize your own mind you will become a Buddha; you should not seek Buddhahood elsewhere”. During this course, Gen Tubchen will clearly explain the essential meaning of these instructions and guide us in profound meditations on the nature of our mind.

Gaining even a little bit of experience of Mahamudra will revolutionize our spiritual practice, transforming our life into a blissful path to Enlightenment.

Teaching in English.
