About the teacher:

Gen Kelsang Jangdom in the principal teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Stockholm. He has been practising Buddhism and meditation since 2003 and was ordained as a buddhist monk in 2010. He enjoys sharing the powerful benefits of meditation in his teachings.
