Meditations for a good heart

3-week course from 7th June
On this course we will learn a series of meditations for developing a kind heart.  We will also receive practical and inspiring advice on how cherishing others leads to a peaceful and happy mind in our daily life.  By learning special methods for deepening our love for others, we will solve many of our daily problems of frustration, irritation and stress. In this way we will come to lead a more happy and fulfilling life – in harmony with both ourself and others.
