About the teacher:

Jessica teaches our Simply Meditate class on Wednesday evenings. Originally from Mexico, Jessica is a medical doctor by profession. She has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years in Mexico before moving to Stockholm in 2017.  Jessica has a deep understanding and appreciation of the practical benefits of Buddhism and she loves to share the peace and joy of meditation with others.
